Driving with Dan Episode 6

In today's episode I talk about having gratitude.  Gratitude is very powerful but often overlooked.

I don't believe many people appreciate the power of being grateful.

There are numerous health benefits, social benefits, emotional benefits….I can keep going on and on but I think you get the point.

I discuss how I am mostly grateful for the freedom that having an online business has afforded me.  When I was a corporate slave I always had to skip my kids school events.  In this episode I was driving back from a play the my son was in along with his whole 5th grade class.  I felt it was appropriate to talk about gratitude because I felt very grateful that I was able to attend because I now have more control of my own schedule.

Gratitude makes us nicer, more trusting, more social, and more appreciative. As a result, it helps us make more friends, deepen our existing relationships, and improve our marriage.
