Driving with Dan – Episode 1 – Dan Guillermo

Driving with Dan – Episode 1

By Dan Guillermo | Driving with Dan

Hello everyone,

Welcome to Driving with Dan where you will spend 5-10 minutes in the car with me as I talk about business building, online marketing, and personal development.  This is episode #1 and I am very excited to share both my experience as well as my future journey building my online business.

Today will be short and sweet.  I am going to introduce myself, give you an idea of who I am and why I started looking to build an online business. I will give you some insight as to how my life was as a corporate slave, missing out on the world around me because I was always working.  How I always missed my kids events because I couldn't get away from the office.  How I would get home to exhausted to have a conversation with my wife.

You will also learn what my Digital Business has allowed me to do; such things like letting me afford to leave my job and take a new job making $75,000 less without having to worry.  How I now have more time for my family and myself.

I'm excited to share this new show with you and I encourage you to leave me feedback on my blog, YouTube or Facebook.  I will read and answer your questions.  I will also feature your questions on this show.

  • Hi Dan,

I dig this idea 😉 I’d love to follow but tough to film videos on motorbike here in Thailand LOL.

Love your story too. Building a rocking blog while working full time takes clarity and you have the energy, clarity and focus to succeed with online marketing.

42 years old from New Jersey here 😉 For me, I was tired of working up to 18 hours a day and sometimes 7 days a week at Port Newark as a security guard. I ceased trading time for money and chose to follow my fun and freedom.

    Thanks a bunch for sharing.

    • Thanks for stopping by Ryan. Yup, it might not work on a motorbike, although that would be interesting to watch. It looks like we have lots in common (our age and overworked background) but I read some of your articles and your Nomad life sounds pretty awesome.

  • Hi Dan,

Many years ago (seems like a few life times lol) I was a corporate slave myself. I felt like I was “owned” by the company I worked at. But I always had a little gig on the side where I made money.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for most of my life and now with internet marketing, it is amazing all we can do.

So glad you broke those chains.
